Resisting Temptation!

Most folks who have taken the time to get to know me on Facebook and Twitter understand that I had a very serious addiction to roleplay at one time.  When you're a creative person it's easy to get entangled in the scenarios you've created and sometimes those types of activities keep you from doing what you were meant to do.  In my case it kept me from working on my dream of becoming an established author.

Currently I'm working on the sequel to Tears of Crimson.  Can I just say for the record that writing book two is much more challenging that book one was!  The main reason for this is because I've always assumed my story would end when Cara and Rafe finally chose to be together.  So now I'm embracing a new part of their relationship and it's uncharted waters for me.  First, let me say that I sincerely appreciate all the offers of joining the roleplay groups.  It is really an honor to know that my former play was inspiring enough to you to ask.  At this point in my life, as much as I wish I could give in, it's just not feasible for me to embark on another journey into the fantasy world.  Cara and Rafe are keeping me busy enough.

I will always support roleplay because I do believe when done with the right perspective it can be a creative outlet.  Unfortunately for me, it is also an addiction that pulls me away from my life work.  I hope you will continue to enjoy my journey into the life of Cara and Rafe.

Truly,
Cara (AKA) Michelle
