Sometimes there's a chemistry that completely takes over characters and it bring them to life with a clarity that is overwhelming. That's how I felt for the time I played with who I still consider to be one of the best role-players on twitter @Eric_ofarea5. I think it's pretty apparent to my readers of my stories when the magic of Cara and Eric disappeared and I attempted to play with another Sheriff. And please understand that I respect those people greatly but the chemistry was just not there.
I truly believe that finding such chemistry happens once in a blue moon and it makes you strive to be the absolute best at what you do. While I will always adore Eric Northman of True Blood there was only one Eric that I felt portrayed him in the way that made me willing to roleplay with him. So unless by some miracle there is someone else that truly compels me to feel some passion over playing with them as Eric the Eric-Cara vision is over.
I hope you will still continue to read the blog as I move on to different things. As a writer I find that it just doesn't do justice to write about something that no longer moves me. My best to you if you decide to move on, and my thanks to you that decide to stay around to see what happens with Cara next.
